چکیده
İslâmî sermaye piyasaları, hisse senedi veya sukûk gibi yatırım araçlarının ihraç edildiği piyasalardır. Bu vadesi bir yıldan fazladır. Dini hassasiyete sahip olan yatırımcılar uzun vadede birikimlerini değerlendirmek için bu araçlarından birine yönelirler. Yatırımcı, piyasası senetlerini türlerinden birisini satın almayı tercih eder. Tercihi doğrultusunda çeşitli finans kurumları devreye girer. Yatırımcı bireysel olarak İslâm hukukuna uyumluluk noktasında doğru tespitler yapamayabilir. Şer’î endeksler, fonları ve yatırımcının en tercihi yapmasına yardımcı olurlar. 
 Ayrıca uygun araçları, konvansiyonel ekonomik sistemde, hukukunun kurallarına uymayan araçlarına şer’î alternatifler sunar. Ortaya konulan sayesinde zaman içerisinde, dini hassasiyetlere insanların karşısına çıkabilecek iktisadi sıkıntılar engellenmiş olur. Ancak yapının kurallara olup olmadığının iyi şekilde araştırılması gerekir. Eğer konuya vâkıf değil ise yatırımlarını aracılığıyla yapabilir. Böylece ilke azami ölçüde bağlı kalmış
